Nelson was born and raised in Houston, TX. He has been working as a client service representative in veterinary clinics since 2020 and now works full time at The Feline Medical Center since 2021. He loves creating great relationships with clients and providing the best customer service possible for all of them. The part of his job that he loves the most is helping people get the medical attention for their cats and seeing cats do better after a visit to the Vet. 

Nelson has a 7-year-old Boxer mix named Duke and an 8-year-old Chihuahua named Leo. One of his favorite hobbies is to go on walks with his dogs. Animals have always been a big part of his life since his childhood. He loves to travel, spend time with family and close friends. His favorite quote is, “Until one has loved an animal, a part of one’s soul remains unawaken.”  - Anatole France
