Jennifer was born and raised in a small steel town at the Northern Panhandle of West Virginia, about thirty minutes outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After high school she attended Bethany College where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications (TV/Radio) in 2004.

After working in her field of study for several years, Jennifer decided to pursue her childhood passion and attended the Vet Tech Institute of Pittsburgh. There she graduated top of her class and received her Associate of Specialized Technology in Animal Sciences along with her CVT. Prior to her move to Houston, Jennifer worked at a small animal general practice for five years and volunteered her spare time at the local spay/neuter clinics.

Jennifer has a Husky mix named Marley and a Domestic Long Hair named CJ. She is excited to expand her feline knowledge and is looking forward to a life with no snow and direct sunlight!
